What Caused An Alarm At PG&E Power Plant On Humboldt Bay?

I am still awaiting word from PG&E as to why they sounded a blaring alarm today at about 12:15 pm.

Update:  PG&E says that it was a test of their new tsunami warning system.  I have to say, it works well at getting your attention.

  1. Someone farted too close to the methane leak detector...?

  2. Good to know, Tom. I wondered if those things were going to work.

  3. Next time they do a test, they might want to let the two media outlets across the freeway from them know about it.

  4. It was really a nice experience to see this video.. Thanks a lot for sharing..
