How High Are The Rivers?

The link below is great for seeing how the river near you is doing.  We have had a lot of rain and tonight there were a few spots near flood stage.  Use the link as the picture is just a screen shot from about 9:45 pm Wednesday night 3-23-11

    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EUREKA HAS ISSUED A

    * FLOOD WARNING FOR THE NAVARRO RIVER AT NAVARRO.
    * FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON TO FRIDAY MORNING...OR UNTIL THE WARNING IS
    CANCELLED.
    * AT 2:15 PM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 14.1 FEET.
    * MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
    * FLOOD STAGE IS 23.0 FEET.
    * FORECAST...FLOOD STAGE IS EXPECTED TO BE REACHED AROUND 500 PM
    THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THE NAVARRO RIVER WILL CREST NEAR 25.6
    FEET AROUND 1100 PM THURSDAY NIGHT. THEN WILL RECEDE TO BELOW
    FLOOD STAGE OF 23.0 FEET AROUND 300 AM FRIDAY MORNING.
    * IMPACTS...AT 25.0 FEET...FLOODING OF HIGHWAY 128 APPROXIMATELY 5
    MILES FROM HIGHWAY 1 IS CERTAIN AND THE ROAD WILL BE CLOSED.
    MOTORISTS SHOULD USE ALTERNATE ROUTES
