  1. Humboldt County's 99 plants rule was exceedingly generous - and you can see it is not appreciated by these give us an inch, we'll take a mile profiteers.

It is QUITE obvious that 215 is a sham and a farce - this is all about big illegal money - let them rot in jail.

And let's legalize this sh*t and make them pay taxes, business license fees, employee withholding and everything any regular business person must

These people are ripping you off - besides bringing crime and fires.

  2. I agree Rose, make them pay taxes and get revenue instead of wasting money and time busting these people.

  3. 215 being called a sham bothers me because it is not. Marijuana has many medicinal benefits, and you have to be slow to deny that in 2011. It's not the plant or the patients fault that the system has made '215' so profitable. Don't blame the grower, blame your government. As far as I am concerned you would have to be foolish not to grow in humboldt county for profit. It's so easy and well, profitable. With the cost of living in the northcoast it is literally impossible to live on a minimum wadge job let alone raise a family. I can't blame these 2 people for trying to make a living. Obviously, this was a little over the top and somewhat inconsiderate, but again, I can't blame them. I blame the government. To be jailed for growing a plant will always be ludacris in my eyes.

  4. Anonymous, I agree with you that marijuana has medicinal benefits. I also think it should be legalized and taxed with the tax removed for those that can show a medical need for it. I agree that 215 has problems but I don't think it is a sham or a farce. It is only a sham or a farce if you are a federal agent.
