What Caused An Alarm At PG&E Power Plant On Humboldt Bay?

I am still awaiting word from PG&E as to why they sounded a blaring alarm today at about 12:15 pm.

Update:  PG&E says that it was a test of their new tsunami warning system.  I have to say, it works well at getting your attention.
