Trinidad To Remove Recycling Bins

KIEM News Channel 3, The Spirit of the North Coast has the story

The story says new curbside recycling bins and garbage pickup will be voluntary. They don't say that the trucks will be able to go to rural roads between Trinidad and Westhaven that have no curbs though. That probably means that some of us will have to drive to McKinleyville just to get rid of recyclables.

I would usually dump my recyclables, minus the aluminum,  in the Trinidad bins and just take my garbage and  and aluminum to Macktown. Now I have to get a bigger truck or go more often.
